More about me.

Hello everyone.
I'd love to introduce myself to you and let you know a little about me. I have been sewing now with over 35 years of experience. What made me love sewing so much was watching my sweet momma sew my clothing and stuffed animals for me when I was a little girl. I would stand beside her sewing machine and watch her every time she would sew.

At first, I taught myself how to sew blankets, and then I would just try something new. And now I can sew anything that a needle can be put through. It's my favorite passion to do.
Now, I even make my own clothing that I wear to church and out shopping!
I'm a Christian and I love to attend my church on a regular basis. I go to Sunday school before church service and I am a helper in the kids class on Wednesday nights. It's my favorite thing to do above sewing.
I love to do photography, and I love going to car shows. When I go to the car shows, I usually take pictures of all the cars for people and post them online for all to see!
I'm a wife, a mom, a nana to 4 lovely grandkids, and a loyal friend to many.
In 2025, I became a self-published author. It was one of my biggest dreams to write about my childhood story of growing up in Rest A While, Kansas. If you know anything about me personally, then you know it was a very tough challenge to write my book and let go of some of my family secrets. I really hope you can check out my book on Amazon.
I love sewing, gardening, cooking, baking, reading, writing and I LOVE sunflowers.
